Job description

We’re transforming how traders experience Deriv through intelligent marketing automation, and this role sits at the intersection of strategy and technology. As part of the marketing automation team, you’ll architect scalable, AI-first customer journeys that drive real business impact, directly influencing how millions of traders worldwide engage with our platform. This is your opportunity to work with sophisticated tools, tackle meaningful challenges, and see your contributions reflected in real metrics.

On a given day, you will :

  • Design acquisition and lifecycle programs while managing competing priorities. The art lies in protecting your strategic time while supporting a rapidly scaling team. We need someone who’ll be focused on transformational initiatives.
  • You will work with current constraints while designing future-ready solutions within HubSpot’s ecosystem, leveraging the unique opportunities of our CRM migration.
  • Understand HubSpot at an advanced level, from complex workflow automation and custom object creation to API integrations and attribution reporting. This means pushing the platform beyond its standard capabilities to meet our unique trading environment needs.
  • Master the balance between engagement and regulation, turning constraints into competitive advantages while ensuring every automation meets regulatory compliance.
  • Decode data patterns across multiple platforms, design sophisticated A / B testing frameworks in HubSpot, and contribute to attribution models that prove campaign ROI.
  • Be expected to reduce manual workflows and launch AI-driven acquisition and retention triggers that improve trader engagement. The goal would be to use AI for predictive analytics, dynamic personalisation, and automated optimisation.
  • Scale personalised journeys that will improve lifetime value for high-value segments.
  • Architect push notification strategies, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp / Telegram automation for real-time engagement.

We would love to work with you if you :

  • Have 5+ years in marketing automation, preferably B2C at scale.
  • Bring deep HubSpot expertise (certification would be an advantage), but proven advanced implementation experience is essential.
  • Have experience with HubSpot’s advanced features : custom behavioural events, programmable automation, revenue attribution, and multi-touch reporting.
  • Have scaled mobile marketing programs, including push notification strategy to WhatsApp Business API implementation.
  • Enjoy solving multifaceted problems with data-driven solutions.
  • Balance strategic vision with practical execution.
