Job description

We are looking for a data-savvy and results-driven Senior CRM Executive to lead and execute CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. Based in the UAE, this role plays a critical part in enhancing customer experiences through segmentation, personalized campaigns, and lifecycle management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement CRM strategies to support acquisition, retention, and re-engagement goals
  2. Manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels
  3. Analyze customer behavior and segment the database for targeted communications
  4. Optimize customer journeys by leveraging automation tools and lifecycle triggers
  5. Monitor and report on CRM KPIs including engagement, conversions, and retention metrics
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and tech teams to align CRM with broader initiatives
  7. Conduct A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance
  8. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations
  9. Support the enhancement of loyalty programs and CRM infrastructure
  10. Research CRM best practices and stay current with digital marketing trends
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in CRM or customer lifecycle marketing, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or hospitality
  3. Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Oracle, or similar) and marketing automation platforms
  4. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analysis and reporting
  5. Familiarity with customer segmentation, retention modeling, and journey mapping
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  8. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
  9. Experience working in the UAE or GCC region preferred
