Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant in Critical Care & Pulmonology to deliver comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services and lead multidisciplinary patient management. The role involves managing respiratory failure, sepsis, ARDS, performing and interpreting pulmonary tests, and coordinating with intensivists and surgeons.

The successful candidate will have a medical degree with postgraduate qualifications in Pulmonology or Critical Care, DHA license eligibility, and

Qualifications

• Medical degree with postgraduate qualifications in Pulmonology, Critical Care, or a relevant combined specialty.
• DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions, including complex pulmonary diseases.
• Provide specialist care for critically ill patients in intensive care settings.
• Oversee respiratory support therapies and ventilation management.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as pulmonary function tests and bronchoscopy.
• Collaborate with intensivists, surgeons and other specialists in rounds and patient management.
