Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of post-board experience in a tertiary or academic hospital setting.
- DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Diagnose and treat complex pulmonary conditions.
- Perform advanced procedures including bronchoscopy and thoracentesis.
- Collaborate with multiple specialties for coordinated care.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Mentor junior physicians and contribute to CME programs.
