Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Kinetic is working with a leading Bank who are hiring a Senior Credit Officer to be based in Umm Al Quwain.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Review and analyse credit proposals, trade, and financial transactions.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio performance.
  • Assist in implementing the risk infrastructure roadmap by coordinating with the various risk units.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Admin, or similar. CFA/FRM certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate banking experience in the UAE with experience in Trade Finance Structuring. Credit department experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the Central Bank of the UAE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
