We are seeking a senior BI/Category analyst to define advanced analytics strategies, support major clients with reporting, and drive category management aligned with client KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG industry experience, natural/organic preferred.
• Expertise in selling story development and category management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; data synthesis.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong client-facing communication for retailer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a BI strategy aligned with Insights Pillar.
• Support top clients with reporting and performance analysis.
• Develop category reviews and selling stories from shopper data.
• Lead business reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales for account presentations on new items.
• Conduct post-promotional analyses to optimize ROI.
• Refine reporting methodologies and identify opportunities.
