SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL FINANCE AND PROJECT FINANCE, UAE

Ensuring that government backed companies have robust in-house legal departments is a key part of this strategy, and we are instructed with assisting that growth.

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations :

• Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the documents and the work).
• Trained and qualified with an international standard law firm.
• Middle East experience is ideal.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as energy / projects or infrastructure is advantageous.
