Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Counsel to advise on operations and financial transactions across the US, Europe, Middle-East, and Asia. The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with at least 6 years of PQE, experience in a multinational environment, and a generalist skill set in commercial and corporate law. This role offers exposure to innovative technology projects and may lead to an IPO opportunity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PQE in corporate, projects, and construction contracts.

Skills

Who you'll likely need to be in order to succeed : Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations :

• Native German at business level (non-negotiable). Italian is helpful.
• Common or Civil law qualified from Europe or the US, with a PQE guideline of at least 6+.
• Generalist skill set across commercial, corporate, projects and construction contracts.
• In-house experience in a multinational company environment.
• Self starting, commercially minded, project driver and business enabler.
