Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Monitor project expenditure and analyze variances against budgets.
Prepare cost reports and forecasts for senior management.
Conduct risk analysis and implement cost control measures.
Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Review and negotiate contracts and change orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Identify potential cost savings and efficiencies.
Prepare and present financial reports and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
Extensive experience in cost management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
