Senior Cost Manager Opportunity

We currently have an opening for an experienced Senior Cost Manager responsible for key duties including:

1. Undertaking all aspects of commercial delivery, from cost planning and bills of quantities to cost reporting and change management.
2. Assisting with account selection, payment of subcontractors, measurement of works, valuations, and managing all project financial matters.
3. Preparing financial reports and assisting in the procurement of subcontractors.
4. Cost reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Civil or Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• MRICS accreditation is essential.
• Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience.
• Experience in aviation projects, preferably terminal construction.
• Excellent analytical, verbal reasoning, and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is required.
