RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview/Responsibilities

  • Develop, issue, and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes.
  • Coordinate with Project Controls, procurement, finance, and third parties to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
  • Maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on budget, schedule, and forecasts.
  • Manage project cost budgets using appropriate software.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project cost performance reports and forecasts.
  • Develop and manage project change orders and variations.
  • Monitor overall project cost performance and contingency usage.
  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate project cost close-out processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project control roles.
  • Experience with project planning software (MS Project / Primavera).
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of earned value and progress monitoring techniques.
  • Understanding of risk management processes.
