RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview/Responsibilities
- Develop, issue, and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes.
- Coordinate with Project Controls, procurement, finance, and third parties to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
- Maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on budget, schedule, and forecasts.
- Manage project cost budgets using appropriate software.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project cost performance reports and forecasts.
- Develop and manage project change orders and variations.
- Monitor overall project cost performance and contingency usage.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate project cost close-out processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 15 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project control roles.
- Experience with project planning software (MS Project / Primavera).
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Knowledge of earned value and progress monitoring techniques.
- Understanding of risk management processes.
