The Key Objectives For This Role Are
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test results and certificates
- Collaborating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless integration and communication
Responsibilities
Executing Assigned Scopes of Work:
- Preparing and reporting project cost budgets, tracking and managing expenditure, and supporting senior cost team members with detailed, accurate reports in line with contractual and company standards.
Providing Discipline Expertise
- Supporting the development and maintenance of Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
- Liaising with procurement, finance, and other functions to ensure accurate cost capture and allocation
- Monitoring and controlling project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle
- Developing and issuing project change orders and variations as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent through vocational training or industry experience).
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Minimum 10 years relevant scheduling/planning experience
- Basic knowledge of cost software, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow principles
