Job Description

• Manage travel bookings (air, hotel, car, insurance) for corporate clients as per travel policy.
• Operate as an implant consultant from the client’s premises and act as a direct POC.
• Coordinate with internal operations, visa teams, and finance departments for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and quick turnaround times (TAT).
• Handle travel itinerary planning and cost-effective travel solutions.
• Assist in travel policy implementation and travel expense optimization.
• Utilize GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) efficiently for reservations and fare rules.
• Sound knowledge of NDC and its policies.
• Maintain MIS and reporting for the client travel spends and approvals.
• Worked in an ERP system is preferred.
• Support after-office/emergency bookings as needed (if part of rotation).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Business)
• IATA certification or Travel Diploma (preferred)
• 4–9 years of relevant experience in corporate travel consulting
• Previous implant experience is preferred
