To act as a senior strategic adviser to businesses entering, establishing or expanding across the UAE, KSA and wider GCC. The role is responsible for understanding a client's business model and growth objectives, assessing structuring options, and developing practical recommendations on the appropriate jurisdiction, entity, ownership and operating structure. The Consultant will combine advisory capability with commercial development and coordinate with CBC's specialist teams to deliver implementable solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead client engagements covering corporate structuring, market entry, restructuring and GCC expansion.
- Assess business activities, ownership, target markets, regulatory and operational requirements, and future growth plans to determine suitable structures.
- Advise on jurisdiction and entity options, including UAE mainland/free zones, DIFC/ADGM, KSA, branches, subsidiaries, holding and operating structures.
- Develop clear structuring recommendations, options analysis and implementation roadmaps, including key tax, regulatory, governance and operational considerations.
- Act as the relationship lead, coordinating with CBC legal, tax, compliance, corporate services, accounting and KSA specialists where specialist input is required.
- Build and convert a pipeline of advisory opportunities through direct client relationships and strategic referral partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups and relevant KYC/AML information.

- Explain the rationale, benefits, limitations, risks and practical implications of alternative structures without providing specialist advice outside the Consultant's scope.
- Lead client presentations and support commercial negotiations through to engagement.
- Identify opportunities for restructuring, expansion and additional CBC services and maintain an accurate advisory pipeline.
- Develop relationships with professional advisers, investors, family offices, law firms, accounting firms and other strategic partners.
- Keep abreast of relevant UAE/KSA developments affecting corporate structuring, foreign investment, licensing, tax, VAT, AML/KYC and governance, and coordinate with specialists before issuing technical advice.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups and relevant KYC/AML information.

Requirements
- 5–8+ years' relevant experience in Big Four/advisory, strategy or management consulting, corporate/transaction advisory, tax structuring, international expansion, corporate restructuring, investment advisory or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders and developing strategic recommendations for businesses.
- UAE and/or KSA/GCC corporate structuring or market-entry experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Management or a related discipline; MBA or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, commercial, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills, with the ability to operate confidently with C-suite and investor-level stakeholders.
