Job summary

White Crow support client’s UAE expansion seeks a UAEN Senior Executive - Urban Planning to lead planning research, data analyses and proposals. You will coordinate with internal teams on land use, infrastructure and future master plans, update statistics and planning databases, and assess community facilities against population needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a related field, with strong documentation discipline and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality of documentation.
• Adherence to policy and procedures for documentation and data release.

Responsibilities

• Support re-master planning and development proposals with research, technical studies, planning analysis, presentations and documentation for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams on land use, infrastructure and future master plans.
• Maintain development statistics, LUB tracker and planning databases including population assumptions, forecasts and other master plan data.
• Support community facilities provision analysis against population and planning needs.
• Review and process VAS applications, including land use changes, additional height, additional GFA, amalgamation and subdivision requests; coordinate with stakeholders and prepare assessments.
• Prepare and update Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and related planning documents.
• Support master plan and dataset reviews to ensure alignment with the master plan vision and regulations.
