Job summary

McDermott International, Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple Contracts Management deliverables at the EPC/EPCI level. You will be accountable for contract management and claims success of major projects and will cultivate positive relationships with internal functions and clients.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate with the Contracts Director on workloads, and ensure timely training and adherence to McDermott policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years in contracts management.
• Proven EPC/EPCI contract management experience in energy sector (onshore/offshore/FPSO).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contracts management delivery at EPC/EPCI level.
• Maintain relationships with internal functions and clients across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with senior contracts leadership on workloads and resources.
• Ensure compliance with McDermott policies and procedures by teams.
• Oversee contract negotiations with customers/clients.
• Support budgeting and departmental strategic goals.
