The role demands deep expertise in project engineering and the ability to guide cross-functional teams across disciplines in offshore EPC environments.

The incumbent will lead project teams, oversee cost and schedule control, and ensure compliance with contract documents while fostering safe and efficient design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of proven EPC project engineering experience in offshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering coordination and procurement activities.
• Experience managing engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with MOPEX execution and Joint Ventures/Consortiums.
• Ability to read and understand contractual documentation and communicate with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering scope of a McDermott project.
• Establish and implement project procedures to ensure deliverables meet quality and technical content requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Design Leads on assigned projects.
• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (MOPEX where applicable).
• Prepare and review Technical Queries, Design Deviations, RFIs, and reports for management.
• Lead handover and archiving of completed projects.
