Job summary

Ignite Search and Selection in Dubai is seeking a senior Contracts Director for a leading data centre developer to own the commercial and contractual strategy across development, construction and operations.

You will lead negotiations, draft complex MSAs and leases, and manage risk with cross‑functional teams, including Legal, Development, Engineering and Finance. This role requires high-level stakeholder engagement with executive leadership and strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements for data centre facilities.
• Strong background in site acquisition, capacity commitments and strategic infrastructure contracts.
• Ability to operate effectively with board, executives, project teams and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations with landlords, developers, operators, utilities and strategic customers.
• Draft and negotiate complex MSAs, leases, licences, development agreements, and capacity agreements.
• Manage contractual risk, including liabilities, indemnities, warranties, and performance obligations.
• Partner with Legal, Development, Engineering and Finance teams to ensure operational resilience.
• Oversee contract governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.
