Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in contract management for large-scale real estate, infrastructure, or development.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and administration skills.
• Proven leadership and multi-project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts function across multiple development and construction projects.
• Develop and implement contract management strategies protecting interests.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review, draft, amend contracts to allocate risk and provide protections.
• Oversee claims management, dispute avoidance, and resolution processes.
