Hashim Contracting & General Maintenance LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee major construction contracts. The role requires reviewing tenders, managing main/subcontract agreements, and ensuring timely notices and compliance across projects.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in contracts administration within construction, including 3+ years in a senior capacity, with strong FIDIC knowledge and excellent communication and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review contract documents, conditions of contract, tender documents; identify obligations, risks and entitlements for the Company.
• Administer the main contract; ensure notices, submissions and correspondence are issued within contractual time limits.
• Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontract and supplier agreements; monitor compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare, evaluate and follow up variation orders, change requests and claims with supporting records and cost/time impact.
• Prepare and review EOT claims, delay analyses, and related submissions with Planning coordination.
• Review and certify subcontractor interim payments, final accounts and back-charges per contract terms.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Technical Office, Planning and Procurement to ensure contractual requirements are understood and applied; advise management on positions.
• Assist in tender stage contract review, risk assessment, and preparation of commercial clarifications and qualifications.
• Supervise and guide Contracts Engineers and Quantity Surveyors and review their work.
