Qualifications/Experience Required

• To guarantee the quality of purchasing and supply in terms of time, quality, costs, HSE and compliance aspects
• To promote improvement of purchasing process
• To control the implementation of TotalEnergies Group contractual terms
• To ensure competition and transparency in all purchasing processes
• To liaise with all the TEEPQ's entities such as operational entities, legal, insurance, accounting, cost control, HQ CATMANs, etc...

C&P competencies

• Advanced Contracts and Purchasing Competencies required
• Basic or intermediate on other technical competencies

Qualification and background

• Diploma: BAC+5 or recognized/certified experience equivalence
• International Experience Required
• Professional experience: 10 years in oil and gas industry. Minimum 5 years of exposure on operations in contracts and procurement activities/management
