Job summary

NSR Associates is seeking a Cost & Contracts Manager for a Tier 1 main contractor in Dubai. You will own bid to final account on large FIDIC projects, ensuring accuracy of tenders, recoveries and entitlement decisions.

You will lead a small Dubai-based team and coordinate with senior management to drive best-practice commercial outcomes. The role requires chartered status (MRICS), 12+ years' PQS experience, and a proven track record on major builds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts & Cost Manager handling FIDIC contracts for Main Contracts NOT PMC's or Cost consultants as per client direction
• Middle East experience is a bonus but not essential
• 12 Years+ Post Graduate - Quantity Surveying
• MRICS
• Major Build Projects for Reputable Tier 1 Main Contractors
• Clear, calm and measured approach to work
• Happy to be based at the Dubai head office

Responsibilities

• Ensure tender percentages and reported figures are accurate and clear
• Drive clarity on positions, entitlement and the claims process
• Engage in an audit process to ensure best practice and adherence to standards
• Lead and mentor a small Dubai-based team of 3–6 staff
