Senior Contracts & Construction Manager
Job description
We are looking for a Senior Contracts & Construction Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:
- Minimum of 15 years work experience in Architecture, Design, Construction, Contracts Management field
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract
- Variations, Disputes & Claims Management
- Procurement process for Contractors and Consultants
- Tender Process Management
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Project Scheduling Experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Negotiation Skills
Key tasks:
- Contracts Management for Design Projects, including:
- Review of Consultancy Agreements upstream
- Appointment of sub-consultants
- Contracts Management for Site Supervision Projects, including:
- Contract Administration
- Invoice review upstream and downstream (supporting the finance team)
- Variations and Claims Management
