Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EPC contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract governance and performance across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Review and assess EPC contractor claims and dispute strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contract administration, including drafting notices and responding to claims.
• Support project development by reviewing EPC term sheets and assessing contractual risk allocation (e.g., LDs, Force Majeure).
• Provide contractual advice and reporting to senior leadership.
