Job summary

ENGIE Middle East is seeking a Project Contract Manager to oversee contract governance for major projects at site in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on claims management, risk assessment and ensuring compliance with PPA terms.

You will negotiate with EPC contractors, align activities with legal and project teams, and supervise contract administration, bonds, guarantees and insurances to protect project value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management in construction or large-scale projects.
• Engineering degree or equivalent and strong contract administration knowledge.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support claims management and risk mitigation.
• Review contractual documents to identify risks, opportunities and implications.
• Negotiate with EPC contractor to resolve issues and ensure compliance with terms.
• Manage contract events, notices, changes and documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, project team and Owners Engineer on critical correspondences.
• Ensure bonds, guarantees and insurances are properly administered.
