Job summary

Alstom Transmission & Distribution is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead contract and claims management for complex mobility projects. You will work with Project Managers and Directors to protect interests, identify opportunities, and manage risk across the project lifecycle.

The role requires experience in contract/claims management, interpretation of terms, and strong English communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or another relevant discipline.
• Strong expertise in contract and/or claims management within complex projects.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms and translate into commercial actions.
• Understanding of project financials and impact on profitability.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive contract and claims strategy, anticipating risks and opportunities.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, notices and ensure timely contractual actions.
• Lead complex claims and change management from identification to closure.
• Provide clear contractual and commercial analysis to support decisions and risk mitigation.
• Promote proactive contract management practices across the project.
