Job summary

News Corp’s Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team in Dubai seeks a Senior Content Integration Specialist to lead complex integrations for Middle East customers and partners. You will combine strong API/data expertise with hands-on pre-sales, implementation, and post-go-live guidance to ensure successful deployments.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, drive integration design discussions, and mentor team members while supporting revenue growth and customer value

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in technical integration and related fields.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Strong API, data feed, mapping, testing, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer and partner integrations involving APIs and data feeds.
• Provide expert guidance during pre-sales, design, and implementation.
• Advise customers and internal teams on technical and business aspects.
• Translate requirements into integration approaches including data mapping and API usage.
• Lead investigation and resolution of API, data, and workflow issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to high-priority issues.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and executive discussions.
• Work with Sales to shape viable integration solutions and proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand value and drive revenue growth.
• Mentor colleagues to scale the operating model.
