About the Roles

The roles focus on clients' strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies, and other stakeholders.

• Provide technical expertise and client service.
• Supervise client engagements while working closely with other directors and senior consultants.
• Responsibilities include preparing work products, financial statements, models, and reports for accuracy and completeness; conducting discussions with clients; updating Managing Directors; and helping resolve analytical and technical problems as they arise.
• Understand, synthesize, and analyze large amounts of data related to complex restructuring, due diligence, and litigation cases. Present relevant analysis and summaries to interested parties, including clients, management, or attorneys.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented accountant with proven, hands-on corporate restructuring or corporate finance experience who wants to provide analytical services to debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders of companies facing challenging situations.
