Agoda is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our team in Bangkok. You will work with HRBPs and business leaders to analyze talent needs, support people decisions, and connect priorities with current and future business goals.

You’ll contribute to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and organizational design, collaborating with Learning & Development to turn capability-building into practical solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in strategic/management consulting or talent management.
• Undergrad degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcome.
• Strong project management with on-time delivery.
• Great business acumen and understanding of organizational design.
• Experience facilitating discussions with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand business needs and support talent priorities.
• Drive ongoing performance management processes by coordinating key activities.
• Use people and business data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and share analyses on talent priorities and trends.
• Support design, improvement and delivery of talent practices and tools.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions with HRBPs and leaders.
• Help develop practical guidance, tools, and ways of working that support more consistent talent processes.
