Job summary

Discovered MENA is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to lead Finance Transformation initiatives in Dubai. You will bridge CFO strategy with modern IT solutions, shaping a brand-new practice in a fast-growing MENA region.

The role requires senior management consulting experience in finance domains, strong program leadership, and proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and EPM tools. English communication is essential, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in top-tier management consulting with deep experience in Financial/Management Accounting or Treasury.
• Strong track record leading transformation projects, steering cross-functional teams, and guiding clients.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, EPM platforms, reporting tools, or AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Outstanding presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) and an entrepreneurial, growth-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex Finance Transformation and digitalization initiatives for top-tier Middle East clients, bridging CFO strategy with modern IT solutions.
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM), optimize end-to-end CFO processes, and spearhead organizational change.
• Implement modern EPM, Accounting, and Treasury solutions leveraging AI, robotics, and advanced analytics.
• Manage global programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, Post-Merger Integrations, and Valuations.
