About the job:

As a Senior Consultant, you will gain firsthand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge across various companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and by leveraging our industry expertise. 1. Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission.
2. Participate in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
3. Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues through interviews and workshops to translate requirements into well-formulated solutions.
4. Present findings and recommendations to clients via business proposals and presentation decks.
5. Document projects into systems and processes for management review.
6. Maintain close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
7. Support team members with other project activities.

About you:

1. Degree holder.
2. 6+ years of experience in banking and/or consulting industries.
3. Ability to apply technology principles to business contexts.
4. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
5. Highly analytical with structured problem-solving skills; able to quickly understand complex situations.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
