About the job:

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. We provide comprehensive training and mentoring to help you become a skilled consultant.

• Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission.
• Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs through interviews and workshops to develop well-formulated solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients via business proposals and presentation decks.
• Document projects into systems and processes for management review.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through updates and networking.
• Support team members with other project activities.

About you:

• Degree holder
• 6+ years of experience in banking and/or consulting
• Ability to apply technology principles to business
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Highly analytical with structured problem-solving skills; able to understand complex situations quickly
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
