Job Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Liaison: Oversee the liaison between the solution delivery team and all end-user stakeholders. Ensure the resolution and close-out of all business process issues, maintaining clear communication and collaboration among all parties involved. Business process issues should be resolved and closed out within a specified timeframe.
- Business Process Management and Improvement: Drive the automated business process management framework and improvement efforts cross-functionally across the enterprise. Focus on increasing growth potential and improving all business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Aim for reduction in process time, increase in process efficiency metrics, and quantifiable improvements in business performance as a result of these efforts.
- Integration and Leveraging of Emerging Technologies: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with organizational objectives. Lead the integration of digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities across various systems and processes. Utilize emerging and advanced technologies to design impactful products and solutions, leading to successful integrations and quantifiable improvements in business output, including reductions in process time and increased efficiency.
