About your role

As a Senior Consultant in our KSA-based consulting team, you will contribute to digital transformation projects, collaborate with senior consultants, analyze data, and implement AI-driven solutions. You will help shape our growth strategy in the Middle East, focusing initially on KSA, but not limited to it. You will work closely with sales and account teams to develop solutions and deliver projects in ecommerce, customer service, and digital transformation.

• Possess broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Have experience in data gathering, validation, synthesis, documentation, and communication for diverse audiences.
• Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Arabic (C2) and English (C2), and are willing to travel for projects.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in customer service, ecommerce, digital platforms, value stream analysis, or supply chain management.
• Can lead project teams and work effectively in techno-functional teams.
• Apply knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning and natural language processing.
• Gather requirements, conduct research, and contribute to project deliverables.
