About your role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of our dynamic consulting team in KSA, contributing to digital transformation projects. Your role involves collaborating with senior consultants, analysing data, and implementing AI-driven solutions. You will be required to be a part of a growth strategy for Infosys Consulting in the Middle East region, focusing in KSA initially but not limited to one country. You will be required to work closely with our sales and account leadership teams to shape solutions and deliver them as part of a team focused on ecommerce, customer services, and digital transformations.

Requirements

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility / willingness to travel.
• Act as a strong SME in any one of the areas of customer services, e-commerce, digital platforms, value stream analysis, and design in one or more areas of supply chain management.
• Demonstrate your ability to work as part of techno-functional teams and lead project teams in your area of expertise.
• Apply your knowledge of AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) to project tasks.
• Gather requirements, conduct research, and contribute to project deliverables.
