Job Purpose: Contributing to risk-based internal audit, corporate governance, internal control review, policies and procedures, risk management, and enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities (may vary across projects):

  1. Conduct risk assessments and analyses for clients in relevant industries.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
  3. Provide advisory on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls.
  4. Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions and insights.
  5. Conduct industry research to stay updated on trends and best practices.
  6. Prepare client presentations and reports, explaining complex risk concepts clearly.
  7. Engage with clients to understand their objectives and customize consulting services.
  8. Manage multiple projects, demonstrating leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Work with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  10. Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
  11. Support in proposals and business development activities.

Education and Qualifications:

  1. Engineering background with a master's degree and relevant certifications, preferably in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering.
  2. 4-7 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm, in the relevant industries.
  3. Strong presentation and data analytics skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  4. Good understanding of operations, maintenance, HSE, asset management, risk management, policies, procedures, strategy, and market research.
