Job Purpose: Provides outsourced payroll services to clients, managing new and existing accounts to ensure quality service delivery. Acts as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for Mercans and assigned clients during operational processes.
Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in payroll operations (BAU) within the global payroll industry.
- At least 4+ years of experience with statutory filings, with the ability to validate their accuracy for assigned countries.
- Proficient in completing end-to-end payroll calculations in Excel for global clients.
- Expert understanding of payroll regulations and processes for assigned countries.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate independently with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline.
