Job summary

Egen is a fast-growing data-driven company partnering with Google Cloud and Salesforce to help clients drive action and impact. We are seeking a change leader to design AI and Workspace transformations with Prosci/ADKAR-based methods.

You will coach executives, run enterprise workshops, and build adoption dashboards, reporting metrics, and enablement assets to drive successful change across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting.
• Proficiency with change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR preferred).
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs (Google Workspace or Google Cloud).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-suite executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodologies to design AI and Workspace transformation strategies.
• Facilitate Enterprise Discovery Workshops and conduct change impact analyses.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to track adoption progress and organizational health.
• Support and coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on change leadership.
• Manage resistance to AI by developing targeted mitigation strategies.
• Build and activate change champion networks and learning journeys.
• Create compelling enablement assets using Google Workspace tools.
• Lead Pilot programs and manage Vanguard Cohorts.
• Establish support systems including Slack/Teams channels and self-service support agents.
• Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for stakeholders.

• Facilitate Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and conduct change impact analyses
• Define success metrics and KPIs to track adoption progress and organizational health
• Support and coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on change leadership
• Manage resistance to AI by developing targeted mitigation strategies
• Build and activate \"Gemini Captain\" change champion networks
• Develop persona-based learning journeys and role-based training programs
• Create compelling change narratives and high-quality enablement assets using Google Workspace tools
• Lead Gemini Enterprise Pilot programs and manage Vanguard Cohorts
• Establish support systems including Slack/Teams channels and self-service support agents
• Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for stakeholders

• Experience building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics
• Expertise in running strategy workshops using Miro or Mural
