Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Consultant - Advisory and Transformation in Abu Dhabi, UAE to support strategic advisory and organisational transformation engagements across the UAE and wider Middle East. The role combines analysis, problem solving, operating model development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support, with a strong focus on turning strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

4 to 7 years of experience in consulting, advisory, transformation, or related environments.
Experience engaging directly with client stakeholders and leading workshops.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support advisory and transformation delivery from design through implementation.
Structure complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
Develop options analyses, presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
Support design of target operating models, governance, and organizational structures.
Contribute to transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
Manage project workstreams against plans, timelines, and quality standards.
