Job summary

Job description

Follow up on work and labor systems and procedures, implement decisions assigned by the department head, and report them in accordance with approved work policies, plans, and systems.

Preparing agendas and minutes of meetings related to foreign nationals’ affairs and meetings with joint committees on foreign labor affairs, and informing all concerned parties of the decisions issued.

Collecting decisions, circulars and recommendations issued by human rights bodies and others and communicating continuously with them in this regard.

Receiving requests from diplomatic missions regarding the allocation and classification of study places in schools and universities, collecting information related to requests and aspects of their implementation, and submitting reports in this regard.

Preserving and archiving all data and documents related to the affairs of foreign nationals within the country, and all correspondence, documents and reports related to the decisions and policies thereof, in a manner that ensures easy access to them when needed.

Preparing all correspondence, responses, circulars, meeting minutes and meetings related to the work requirements of the department and the relevant committees, and informing all concerned parties of the decisions issued in accordance with the directives of the direct manager.

Any other tasks assigned to him within his jurisdiction

Minimum job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Business Administration or equivalent with at least two years of experience.

Diploma in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Business Administration or equivalent with at least 9 years of experience.
