Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical)

Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate and formulate construction supervision, management, coordination, administration, and strict enforcement of the construction scope included as part of FEED/EPC contract, aligning with the client's objective of timely work order completion and project schedule adherence.
  2. Coordinate with the FEED/EPC contractor throughout construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the project.
  3. Review and contribute to the overall construction/installation plan, procedures, and requirements identified in EPC packages to ensure constructability and efficiency.
  4. Ensure EPC contractor's plans and procedures comply with the scope of work and project requirements.
  5. Assist and coordinate fabrication activities at EPC contractor's or subcontractor's facilities.
  6. Supervise, monitor, and inspect EPC contractor's and subcontractors' work on-site, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore policies for supervision, quality assurance, control, and inspection.
  7. Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements during construction.
  8. Identify construction slippage and recommend corrective actions to EPC contractors.
  9. Provide input for cost estimates related to construction activities.
  10. Review design documents and offer constructability feedback.
  11. Conduct site visits for construction development, design review, and liaising with contractors.
  12. Identify necessary vendor support, tools, and equipment for scope implementation.
  13. Interface with ADNOC Offshore operations as needed.
  14. Participate in site surveys and generate reports.
  15. Develop construction deliverables aligned with project procedures.
  16. Assist in bid preparation with construction input.
  17. Develop construction requirements for bid estimates.
  18. Possess thorough knowledge of construction completion procedures and pre-commissioning activities.
  19. Engage in effective change management processes.
  20. Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore PMT on design and technical data.
  21. Perform constructability reviews in line with project progression.
  22. Ensure constructability readiness reviews are timely and effective.
  23. Coordinate with procurement for material and equipment delivery aligned with schedules.
  24. Work with project controls on work order issuance and completion targets.
  25. Promote HSE best practices during construction activities.
  26. Review engineering drawings for potential improvements and cost efficiencies without compromising safety.
Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • PMC experience on EPC offshore brownfield projects for field production upgrades and modifications is highly preferred.
