Job summary

STRUCTURAL Group, Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations from our Saudi Arabia office, with projects typically including concrete repair, waterproofing, and structural strengthening.

You will supervise Superintendents and foremen, drive planning and execution, enforce safety, and mentor field staff while coordinating with project teams to meet budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing.
• Strong hands-on construction knowledge and understanding of projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field; significant relevant work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, coordinate and execute project work within budget and schedule.
• Lead field teams including Superintendents, Foreman and open-shop crews.
• Oversee safety, means & methods, and productivity for assigned projects.
• Mentor and train field managers for professional growth.
• Assist with monthly progress reports, payment applications and cost reporting.
