Currie & Brown Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive construction experience to lead reasonably complex projects and guide the project team to deliver on time, within budget and to required quality.

You will define delivery plans, manage budgets, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and advise senior management on risks and opportunities while maintaining alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading projects through pre- and post-contract phases.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver small to medium-scale projects on time, within budget and to required quality.
• Define project delivery plans and control mechanisms for effective delivery.
• Lead project team and manage consultant/contractor scope.
• Monitor budgets and variances using established financial systems.
• Advise senior management with expert recommendations to improve processes and systems.
• Collaborate across the organisation to meet customer expectations and project objectives.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to senior management with mitigation plans.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
