M4 CONTRACTING S.A.R.I - ABU DHABI is seeking a Planning Manager with 10-15 years of experience in civil construction to lead project scheduling across multiple sites. You will develop and manage schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with PMs, site engineers, and departments to track milestones and resolve delays.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel, with strong leadership and communication abilities to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in civil construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and timelines for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to track milestones and resolve delays.
• Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and periodic updates for management.
• Identify potential project risks, schedule deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage resource planning, manpower allocation, and project scheduling activities.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual timelines, and quality standards.
