Job summary

Workato is seeking a talented Construction Manager in Abu-Dhabi (Abu Dhabi, UAE) to join our team. The role involves assisting the project manager, overseeing safety, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in construction or civil engineering, has at least five years experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the project manager in all aspects of the project, including overseeing safety measures, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, design review, and quality control.
• Evaluating project plans to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitoring progress of the project to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinating with all stakeholders on the project to ensure successful completion.
• Preparing detailed reports for senior managers on project progress.
