FAST BLUDING CONTRACTING CO L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a major building project in Dubai, UAE.

The role requires overseeing all on-site activities, coordinating with the client, consultant, and authorities, and ensuring project milestones are met with rigorous QA/QC and HSE standards. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 7+ years in the UAE construction sector, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of UAE construction experience.
• Strong coordination with Dubai Government Authorities and inspections.
• Solid knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and site management.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Based in UAE with ability to join on short notice.

Responsabilités

• Oversee construction activities for building projects in Dubai.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Authorities, and Contractors.
• Monitor progress, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans with planning team.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance and prepare handover documentation.
