Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong reading of blueprints and interpretation of specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, design, engineering, and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage documentation related to all construction activities.
• Act as a point of contact between the client and the project team.
• Prepare reports on progress for internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
