Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a range of projects from inception to handover, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. The role requires strong leadership, rigorous planning and budgeting, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

You will supervise construction works, coordinate staff, resources and equipment, and liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers while upholding health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a construction management role.
• Familiarity with building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organise and monitor works.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality and on time.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising the construction works, including coordinating staff, resources and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting through to completion. They will also need to ensure that health and safety regulations are met at all times.
