Job description

Position Description :

As part of its expansion in Abu Dhabi Patriarche is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to build a local team and oversee large project execution.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution rigorously monitoring contractual commitments and optimally coordinating all stakeholders. As the owner of project execution you will apply construction consultancy principles ensuring quality control and interface management between the Client and the companies involved.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Execution Management Overseeing work from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with architectural design and technical/regulatory requirements.

Planning and Coordination Establishing plannings managing stakeholders and anticipating risks that may affect project timelines.

Monitoring and Compliance Verifying contractors adherence to contractual obligations applying RIBA project management methodologies and making technical adjustments when necessary.

Reporting and Administration Managing financial and budget tracking handling technical documentation and producing reports to ensure transparency with the Client.

Interface Management Acting as the primary liaison between contractors ensuring compliance with project specifications resolving technical disputes and facilitating effective communication between the Design team and the Client.


Qualifications :

Desired Profile :

Engineering degree or equivalent in Construction Civil Engineering or Architecture

Extensive experience in construction management and project execution including significative experience in Europe and/or North America

Expertise in project management and financial monitoring in an international setting

Proficiency in planning tools and construction project tracking software

Understanding of RIBA methodologies and international project management standards

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse partners

Fluent professional English both written and spoken
