Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UAE roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in site supervision, QA/QC, and compliance with UAE standards.
• Ability to interpret drawings, survey data, and technical submissions.
• Skilled in coordinating contractors and resolving construction issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Inspectors Daily Reports and oversee daily site activities.
• Guide inspectors and supervise field operations performed by the contractor.
• Review and approve contractor shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Coordinate schedules, work sequences, and construction methodologies.
• Review as-built drawings with inspectors and survey teams.
• Witness laboratory tests and verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Report non-conformances and assist in preparing punch lists.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate inspections with authorities.
• Support the Resident Engineer with timely reporting and project updates.
• Identify delays or slippage and guide contractors on corrective measures.
• Anticipate construction challenges and implement preventive actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality requirements.
• Evaluate contractor resources including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Participate in project and construction meetings.
• Perform claims analysis and maintain proper documentation.
• Analyze value engineering proposals and provide recommendations.
• Prepare non-conformance reports as required and assist with issue resolution.
